"As a public education institution, we are committed to providing quality, accessible, relevant, and inclusive education. The Tarlac City Schools Division fully embraces this partnership. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning, research and innovation, cultural exchange and professional development," Dr. Ruth D. In a separate MOU, UHamka and TSU signed the partnership to empower faculty and staff through mobility, ELPP, research collaboration (conduct of international research conference), extension program, and cultural exchange.

The university will assign competent faculty members to provide basic English language lessons to foreign students. Moreover, foreign staff and students will also be immersed in the Filipino culture through cultural exchange program.

"We would like to encourage our esteemed partners to have dedication, collaboration, and that we will have mutual publication in reputable journals," Dr. Mulonyo said.

Meanwhile, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Agnes M. Macaraeg shared the ‘3Bs,’ believing in what TSU can do, believing in others, and believing in faith, as foundations of the local and international cooperation.

"In TSU, we value collaboration and partnership, and in valuing collaboration and partnership, [it is] simply because of our traits of '3Bs:' We believe that we could do our best for our students, who are our primary clientele. We believe in partnership, believing in others, because if we don't have partners, we cannot attain [the] SDGs," VP Macaraeg said.

TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco expressed the university's commitment to uphold the partnership and share knowledge, expertise, and resources for academic enhancements and research.

Said partnerships are under the initiative of the College of Education’s Master of Arts in Education major in English program.

In the afternoon, an international seminar on thesis and dissertation writing for graduate researchers was conducted with speakers from the partner institutions and Central Luzon State University.
