Organized by the Office of Quality Assurance, headed by Dr. Niño B. During the discussion proper, CoEd Dean Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza shared that the college is one of the 38 Centers of Development in Teacher Education across the Philippines.

He attributed this recognition to the active involvement of stakeholders in curriculum enhancement and the institution's commitment to continuous improvement

Furthermore, Dean Mendoza responded to questions regarding faculty research and extension activities during the open forum, emphasizing the importance of developing clear policies and guidelines for integrating these components into faculty workloads, time allocation, and research publication funding.

Meanwhile, CPAG Dean Dr. Edwin P. Caoleng presented the college's research and extension initiatives, highlighting its flagship program, Project Hiraya, which aims to equip personnel of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) with governance knowledge and skills to benefit Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) under the custody of the Tarlac City Jail Female Dormitory.

Dean Caoleng also discussed CPAG's internationalization efforts, noting the college's active participation in international organizations and mobility programs such as Erasmus+, which supports student and faculty exchanges in European countries.
