The Student Organizations Unit (SOU) would like to inform all recognized student organizations and student councils of Tarlac State University that the deadline of submission for the following documents will be on January 9, 2026:
- Accomplishment Report (SF06) for 1st Semester of 2025-2026
- Accomplished Financial Statement form (SF23) for 1st Semester of 2025-2026
- Accomplished Summary of Approved and Utilized Budget form (SF22) for 1st Semester of 2025-2026
For student organizations that won't be able to submit the abovementioned forms on January 9, they can still submit them next week, provided that they also submit a letter of explanation signed by their adviser explaining why they couldn't submit these forms on time.
