LBP card, please be informed that DBP has on-going issues with LBP ATM cards. Rest assured that our technical team is doing their best to identify the root cause and resolve the said issues.
For DBP Card Holders, please be informed that the card limit for E-Commerce/Online Transactions were defaulted to zero for their protection. To proceed with their transactions, affected clients may verify, and request for change in limits through visiting their branch of account.
Requirements, Change in ATM Card Limit:
1. Accomplished Request for Change in ATM Card Limit Form (available in New Accounts Section, DBP)
2. ATM Card
3. Two (2) valid IDs
